CRAF has experience with concluding a set of agreements with an operator of a space-borne application, i.e. the operator of the Iridium satellite system (i.e. the framework agreement and the interim agreement). These agreements were completed in negotiations between CRAF and Iridium LLC, under guidance of the CEPT Milestone Review Committee, MRC, and ratified by the ESF on behalf of CRAF. These agreements are very detailed and include most of the elements outlined in the previous section. During the completion of the agreements, also the various regulatory and legal complications were taken into account (as far as possible), specifically through the role of the CEPT. However, some important aspects, like those concerning enforcement, could not yet be resolved.
