SEAMCAT new added - under construction

INTRODUCTION

Spectrum Engineering Advanced Monte Carlo Analysis Tool  (SEAMCAT) is a statistical simulation software developed within the frame of the CEPT/ERC.
The theoretical background of the Monte Carlo based simulation is presented in ERC Report 68.

SEAMCAT can be free downloaded from SEAMCAT web page. Full documentation and some examples are available, too.
