Transmission loss for specified separation distance

This routine calculates the path-loss for a single terrestrial transmitter using Recommendation ITU-R P.452 while to estimate the atmospheric attenuation Recommendation ITU-R P.676 is used.

The calculations apply to frequencies between 0.7 GHz and 350 GHz

distance from transmitter to receiver: (in km)
frequency: (in MHz)
height of transmitter: (in meters)
height of receiver: (in meters)
percentage of time lost due to variable propagation:
elevation angle: (in o)
